Privacy policy
This document outlines how Outbound Horizon Group handles, protects, and retains project data, technical telemetry, and communications across our consulting engagements.
Information we collect
We collect technical telemetry, project assets, and professional contact details provided directly during project intake and interface auditing.
Data gathered includes authorized design repositories, stakeholder interview notes, interface usage analytics, and communication logs required to formulate systems architecture. We do not acquire unverified third-party consumer dossiers or harvest non-essential personal identifiers.
Data utilization and scope
Client assets and stakeholder telemetry are used exclusively to evaluate interface flows and engineer tailored design systems.
All project documentation, wireframe repositories, and performance metrics stay confined to authorized engagement channels. Your data is never sold, shared with ad networks, or repurposed for external model training without prior explicit authorization.
Storage and security standards
We enforce enterprise transport encryption, segregated project workspaces, and strict retention lifecycles for all client assets.
Workspaces utilize industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption at rest. Audit artifacts are retained for 90 days after delivery completion, after which access tokens expire and temporary staging repositories undergo programmatic decommission.
Third-party services
We rely on audited infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, collaboration workspaces, and transaction processing.
Current processors include cloud compute platforms, collaborative interface tools (such as Figma), and encrypted email gateways. Each vendor maintains verifiable SOC 2 Type II compliance and adheres to strict contractual data processing agreements.
Client rights and inquiries
You hold full rights to inspect, update, export, or permanently erase your operational data at any point during or after our engagement.
Formal requests for data export or deletion are processed within five business days. For any inquiries regarding security practices or privacy management, contact our operations desk directly.
Have questions regarding security or data rights?
Submit data disclosure or deletion requests directly to our privacy desk.
Terms of service and engagement
These terms define mutual expectations, deliverable rights, and legal boundaries for all interface consulting, design system audits, and digital advisory work performed by Outbound Horizon Group LLC.
Fixed-scope definitions and formal project boundaries.
Outbound Horizon Group LLC provides interface audits, UX/UI consulting, and design system architecture under mutually approved statements of work. Any additions, out-of-scope screen iterations, or architectural redesigns outside the initial agreement require a separate scope addendum before work starts.
Full client transfer upon final invoice clearance.
Upon settlement of all invoices, clients hold full ownership of customized interface mockups, production wireframes, design tokens, and final Figma assets created specifically for the project. Outbound Horizon Group LLC retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary frameworks, base component libraries, and internal tooling.
Net payment structure with milestone verification.
Fixed-scope projects require an upfront deposit prior to sprint commencement, with balance milestones linked to verified deliverable handoffs. Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of receipt. Work pauses if accounts remain unsettled past the agreed timeframe.
Predictable review turnaround to sustain sprint velocity.
Consulting velocity depends on timely feedback. Clients agree to assign a designated stakeholder empowered to provide technical reviews, design sign-offs, and necessary project access credentials within three business days of each milestone submission.
Capped aggregate recourse limited to consulting fees paid.
Our audits and interface guidance are delivered based on industry best practices and accessibility standards. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, aggregate liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from design assets or recommendations is strictly capped at the total amount paid under the relevant statement of work.
State of Florida legal venue and arbitration rules.
These terms and all consulting agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings or claims arising from our advisory services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
